Valerie

When Valerie retired from nursing in 2018, she suspected it wouldn’t last.  For much of her nursing career, Valerie specialised in looking after kidney patients and missed the bonds that these long-term relationships offered and the friendships with staff.  Now, at Dr Dan’s she has found this affinity again.

Valerie is passionate about caring for patients with chronic illnesses and helping them to find ways of coping with life changes, bringing her much satisfaction and joy.

Valerie has lived in the Dandenong’s since arriving from the U.K. over 30 years ago and in her spare time loves attending Mount Evelyn Martial Arts (age is no barrier) and spending time with friends.
