What You Need to Know
At Dr Dan’s Medical Clinic, we use recalls and reminders to help you stay on top of your health care.
What Are Recalls and Reminders?
Recalls are messages we send when we need you to come back for further care.
This might be because of an abnormal test result or because your doctor has recommended a follow-up appointment.
Reminders are messages we send when routine or preventive care is due—or overdue.
This includes things like annual check-ups, vaccinations, and cancer screenings.
Why We Use Them
- To help keep your health on track
- To make sure important tests or treatments aren’t missed
- To support the management of ongoing conditions

You may be contacted for things like:

- Colonoscopy or gastroscopy reminders
- Changing or removing contraception
- Any other follow-up your doctor considers clinically important
How We Will Get In touch
