Chelsea
Chelsea completed her Enrolled Nursing qualification through Australian Catholic University in 2018 before beginning her career in aged care, with experience in high-care dementia and palliative nursing. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she transitioned into district nursing while completing her Bachelor of Nursing at Deakin University, graduating as a Registered Nurse in 2025. Since then, Chelsea has worked within a hospital surgical setting and is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centred care to people across all stages of life.
Through her years in community and district nursing, Chelsea developed a strong interest and skillset in wound management and continence care, supporting patients with complex and chronic health needs in their own homes. She values building trusting relationships with patients and believes in providing holistic, approachable healthcare that helps people feel comfortable, supported, and empowered in managing their health. Chelsea is excited to learn and develop her skills in general practice at our clinic.
