Dr Dan’s Medical Clinic is a unique, state of the art medical practice with an aim to provide outstanding healthcare to every patient.
Our aim is to innovate and encourage community involvement and contribute to peoples health and well being physically and beyond.
Dr Dan Jeyaseelan has been practicing full time in Monbulk since 2009.
Dr Dan’s love for the community of Monbulk has lead him to branch off from his prior practice and start his own practice. This vision will enable his team to provide greater community service and health promotion.
Patient Information
- All patients with a valid Medicare Card will be bulk billed
- Patients without a valid Medicare Card or valid Healthcare Card will be billed at the standard consultation fee.
Without a valid Medicare Card:
Standard Consultation – $39.75
Long Consultation – $76.95 - For any procedures, immunisations or anything else that may not be bulk billed we will tell you the cost prior to the appointment.
- After Hour Consults: Fees apply. This service is not bulk billed.
